Vintage Linens

I am discovering these wonderful people - bit by bit - from the 1930's and beyond who made such interesting designs for linens! I'm hung up on tea towels, hankies, tablecloths, and -of course- aprons. So far these are on my list-to-look-out-for when I'm out at the garage sales and such.

I keep collecting linens that I like and storing them away. I have big plans for all of them. Most of my Art plans depend on waiting for all my children to be tucked away in school . With them busy learning I imagine that I will tackle my always growing list of Art projects. I actually have been plugging away here and there with my Art - but tending to my kids always comes first. So - Art takes the back seat. But, it's always right HERE - or THERE - somewhere in my mind. Could this Blog thing actually serve for me to organize all those projects? I hope so! Ramble, ramble, ramble.
